Who We Are

The Center for Innovation, Excellence and Growth (IXL Center) was founded by senior leaders from Arthur D. Little Management Consulting, Innovation Management Inc. and Innovation Associates and instructors from Hult International Business School (previously Arthur D. Little School of Management).

This team combined the unique global capabilities that each institution brought on the topic of innovation and created a comprehensive and differentiated approach to making innovation real and sustainable within organizations.

Why IXL Center

We built IXL Center because companies were finding it difficult to make innovation real in their organization and there were no comprehensive and systematic solution for building organizational capabilities that were accessible to them.

We wanted to provide a more flexible solution that would be comprehensive, available globally and customized to individual and company needs. We have therefore developed programs and teams that enable you to:

• Systematically and comprehensively connect the dots and drive successful innovation across the extended enterprise
• Build specialized innovation skills in functional areas such as technology, design and operations
• Customize for particular business environments that you face whether for specific industries, emerging economies or size of company

Finally, we wanted to provide certification that would enable individuals and organizations to have competence and confidence to think and act differently to make innovation real.
