Associate Consultant

Shu Dan is currently an Associate Consultant at the Center for Innovation, Excellence & Leadership (IXL Center) in Boston.

Prior to IXL, Shu Dan has over six years of multinational corporate experience in Project Management, Strategy and Corporate Development, and Human Resources Management. She has led and managed Six Sigma project implementations in several areas including business process improvement, workforce planning and management, and data quality improvement.

Shu Dan has an MBA from the Hult International Business School (formerly Arthur D. Little School of Management), and a B.Sc. in Computer Science. Besides her native Mandarin, She speaks English and Cantonese.
