Sebastian has worked in the financial sector for more than 6 years in Chile and Peru helping medium and small size enterprises grow by providing fast solutions for their short and medium term financial needs.

As an operations manager he coped with the development of the company’s procedures and directives to reduce the company’s credit risk exposure for products such as financial factoring, automotive and machinery leasing and working capital loans.

Sebastian has a B.S. in Economics from the Universidad de Lima in Peru and an M.B.A. from Hult International Business School in Cambridge, MA. He speaks Spanish and English.
