IXL Center's Innovation bootcamps and workshops are two-day courses designed to help teams and organizations work together to get a business impact in one or two areas quickly and effectively, whether they are facing a specific challenge or a searching for a breakthrough innovation to capture value in new ways.

We have designed different bootcamps and workshops that can be taken at the site of your choosing and can be given up to 30 people. We can customize any of them according to your needs. Below are some of the bootcamps and workshops that we offer:

IM-801 Innovation and Creative Problem Solving
This workshop focuses on the basic concepts and skills required to develop and incorporate innovation within certain functions/areas of the company. Learn and experience the behaviors, thinking styles and basic tools that will help your team to creatively solve specific problems you are facing and end up with clear ideas on how to take them forward.

IM-802 Generating Innovation Breakthroughs
This bootcamp focuses on increasing innovation knowledge and understanding through a rapid and cost-effective way within the organization by forming cross-functional teams composed of leaders and rising stars and help them develop new and potentially breakthrough innovations around a specific challenge. Learn and experience how to create new growth opportunities by looking across and beyond the organization for emerging and sustaining trends, connect the dots to form exciting business concepts and developing an action plan to push the concept further.

IM-803 Ideation and Facilitation Techniques
This bootcamp focuses in embedding ideation techniques within the organization by running the workshop side by side with internal trainers. You get business impact while training internal facilitators within the company to lead ideation workshops. Learn specific tools and develop skills helpful to generate innovative ideas for your company.

IM-804 Innovation Drivers, Barriers and Enablers
In this bootcamp, we gather people who have been part of projects within the organization and focus on understanding the root causes of the success and failure of previous ideas, concepts or projects developed. Learn tools and techniques to help you identify drivers, barriers and enablers to be emphasized or avoided. All learnings are consolidated into a single document which serves as a guide for future projects.

IM-805 Innovation Leadership
This bootcamp focuses on the innovation management framework to help senior management and executives understand how they can start building a more innovative organization. Learn how to develop commitment and behavior in your people, as well as to build and sustain a culture and climate supportive of innovation. Understand the importance of thinking and acting differently, walking-the-talk and leading by example.

IM-806 Ideation Tools
This bootcamp focuses on frameworks, skills and techniques to generate and manage ideas. These techniques can be applied to all industries. Understand requirements and needs of customer for ideation. Design ideation session based on these requirements. Learn and select appropriate tools and techniques for different sessions. Create a call to action to implement outputs beyond the workshop.

IM-807 Eureka Program
It is not enough to learn about innovation, companies also need to do innovation. The Eureka program helps companies do both. In the program, employees come together to form teams, source ideas inside and outside the company and combine fragments to generate innovation breakthroughs.
