LEARNING TO INNOVATE: IMAGINATIK ANNOUNCES NEW PARTNERSHIP WITH IXL CENTER 
LONDON and BOSTON – March 18, 2009 – Imaginatik plc (AIM: IMTK) today announced it is joining forces with the IXL Center at Hult International Business School, a leading institution for innovation management training, to offer courses which can be credited against an MBA. The course is due to start from March 2009 in the USA, Shanghai, San Paulo, Dubai and London.
Recognizing that one of the key barriers to success of corporate innovation programs is often the lack of clarity around innovation strategies and the discipline required to deploy and sustain programs, Imaginatik and IXL Center at Hult International Business School have worked together to devise a new learning and development program. Drawing on resources from its work improving collaborative innovation for over one hundred global organizations, such as Pfizer, GE, IBM, Mayo Clinic, Chevron, Whirlpool and Xerox, Imaginatik and IXL Center at Hult International Business School have created a platform for nurturing learning and development expertise in innovation.
