Consultant Intern
Monika Weps is a Consultant Intern at the IXL Center. Prior to joining the IXL Center, she worked for a high school exchange company in Germany and Austria for six years. She was responsible among others for the recruitment and development of the company’s first organized team of freelancers in Austria, the representation of the enterprise at fairs, and the retooling of the German business model and processes to the Austrian landscape.
Monika has a Diploma as a Multilingual Management Assistant (MMA) with specialization in Tourism and Event Management, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business & Management, and is currently doing her Dual Degree Masters in International Business and Marketing at Hult International Business School in Boston.
Monika has lived and studied in seven different countries around the world and is passionate about learning languages.
