  • Conducted an customer experience design current-state and future-state assessment and recommendations for a $4B public housing organization, redefining in-person, on-the-phone, and web-based services<\/li>\n
  • Turned around three-year delayed implementation of a $60M student information system, moving 600 schools, 20K teachers and 400K students to a web-based system<\/li>\n
  • Created innovative business practices (i.e. social media, co-creation and collective intelligence) to establish winning Web 2.0 and mobility strategy for a $14B consumer product goods company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
