Tyler McNally<\/strong>\u00a0was the Associate Director and Partner at the Center for Innovation, Excellence and Leadership (IXL Center). He was responsible for project integration, advisory, and client management. In addition, he was an instructor and facilitator of IXL\u2019s Innovation and Growth courses and workshops. He was also a major contributor to IXL\u2019s innovation content, including innovation research, articles, white papers, and curriculum.<\/p>\n Tyler is also a professor on Consulting Methods and Innovation at the Hult International Business School. He leads the capstone Action Learning Program at Hult\u2019s San Francisco campus.<\/p>\n Prior to IXL, Tyler was a case team leader for the Monitor Group, a global strategy consulting firm. He has worked with public and private sector clients on a range of issues related to national economic development, innovation management, corporate strategy, corporate investment and finance, new product development, and market entry strategy.<\/p>\n Tyler led a number of engagements as part of Monitor\u2019s Middle East North Africa office including the development and implementation of strategies to stimulate innovation, entrepreneurship and foreign direct investment. In this capacity, he worked many major government ministries, semi-public institutions, and private corporations in Saudi Arabia, Northern Iraq and the UAE. He also led a number of private sector projects for companies operating in the information technology, telecommunications, mining, basic materials, and private equity industries.<\/p>\n Prior to this, Tyler was affiliated with Monitor\u2019s innovation practice helping firms grow existing businesses, develop new growth opportunities and build internal innovation management capabilities through focused project-level engagements and broader capacity building initiatives spanning entire business units and organizations.<\/p>\n Tyler is a contributing author to the book, 101 Innovation Breakthroughs, and a co-author of Greenovate, Companies Innovating to Create a More Sustainable World.<\/p>\n Tyler has a B.A. in Economics from the Honors Program at Boston College.
