Training/Development Manager

Design, improve and evaluate various innovation training courses provided by the company to outside customers. Train, supervise and evaluate training/development specialists who deliver the courses to client customers. Coordinate with research and marketing staff to improve trainings and be responsive to market feedback. Evaluate course delivery modes, build logistics to accomplish efficient course delivery and observe operational budgeting.

Bachelors Degree or higher in business administration, management or a related field or foreign equivalent.  Two (2) years of experience in innovation training for businesses or organizations.  Up to 15% travel required to client or training sites domestically and internationally.
