Carolina Chitiva has worked as a co-mentor in innovation with IXL Center in a project with Colciencias to boost and accelerate growth in Colombian SMEs. As part of this program, Carolina collaborated with the training in innovation management and high growth plans. She worked with companies from idea conception to the development and successful marketing of the product / service. During the program, Carolina held weekly sessions with companies where she helped them drive innovation to improve their business model and strengthen their idea. He also worked facilitating activities during the innovation workshops and organizing innovation events for more than 400 people.

In the field of project development, Carolina has more than five years of experience in structuring and developing investment projects in different industries. She has worked with projects from initial conception to development and successful implementation.

As a financial and management consultant, she has more than 4 years of experience helping companies in business strategy and financial structuring.

Carolina has a degree in Finance and International Relations from Universidad Externado de Colombia, a Master’s in International Business from Hult International Business School in San Francisco, CA (USA), and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Environmental Management from the University Of Los Andes, Bogotá (Colombia)
