David Tesone is currently the director of the IXL Office in Colombia  for Colombia of the IXL Center and the sub Co coordinator of the Innovation Systems program where he has been responsible for the results of the program, as well as the coordination of cities, teams and managers to serve more than 400 companies in the past 2 years. He has carried out mentoring processes for more than 30 companies and is a member of the board of directors of Tesone & Co. He has worked as Director of Innovation in Colombia for the biggest company of Vegetable Fats and Oils, as well as in new Innovation projects for the largest cosmetic company in Brazil.

David has more than 9 years of experience in the successful introduction successfully introducing new products to the market. Entrepreneur and Innovator, passionate about the great big challenges and whose specialties are the specialized in business strategy, and the and Innovation management, management of Innovation in companies of all sizes, has been a professor for  in small and medium enterprises in Colombia, is the co-inventor of an infrared drying machine focused on Aloe Vera currently in the process to which is in the process of obtain the patent and has been published in well-known national newspapers.

David is a Production Engineer from the Universidad de la Sabana, has an MBA from Hult International Business School.
