Joanna Chua was a Training and Development Specialist at the Center for Innovation, Excellence & Leadership (IXL Center).

Joanna lead IXL Center’s corporate education programs with IEL-RS, EmiratesNBD, Infineon, Ingredion and SABIC. She also worked closely with universities such as Singapore Management University, Yonsei University, University of Calgary, University of Toronto and Hult International Business School to manage the innovation courses and programs delivered in partnership with IXL. She has developed all of IXL’s digital content (online courses, websites and brochures) for their management consulting and innovation management certificate programs.

In addition, Joanna was the global administrator of the MBA Action Project of the Hult International Business School from 2009 to 2014. She developed the operating manual for the smooth execution of the Hult MBA Action Project. She also coordinates logistics with Hult staff, students, client sponsors and mentors across six global Hult campuses. She also drives the training of mentors and campus directors. More recently, she has mentored teams in San Francisco, Boston and New York.

Prior to IXL, Joanna has worked in various industries namely IT, Electronics, Education and Retail/Wholesale. She has more than 6 years of experiences working in operations and supply chain. As operations manager for an electronics company, she streamlined the processes of various departments that improved employee performance and increased customer satisfaction boosting sales and improving inventory turnover. At the IXL, she is responsible for the overall management for course schedule delivery, recruiting and logistics.

Joanna has a B.S. in Management Information Systems from the Ateneo de Manila University. She also has an MBA from the Hult International Business School. She is fluent in several languages including English, Filipino, Mandarin and Hokkien.
